We send our pieces all over the world by courier. Choose your country in the cart and you will see the shipping cost before you pay.
Each piece leaves the atelier within 2 business days, carefully packed and tracked from our door to yours. The delivery times below include that preparation. Prices are in euros (EUR).

Duties and taxes
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery. They are set by your local customs and are not included in our prices.
Returns
You can return a piece within 14 days of delivery for a refund of its price. Write to us first, then send it back unworn in its original packaging.
Your right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name other than the courier, receive the piece. When an order arrives in several parcels, they start with the last one.
To withdraw, let us know clearly before the 14 days are over. The simplest way is our withdrawal form. You can also write to us, or use the model form below, though you don't have to.
We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of hearing from you, using the same payment method. We may wait until the piece is back with us, or until you show us that you have sent it. Please send it back within 14 days of telling us. The cost of sending it back is yours, and you are responsible only for any loss in value caused by handling it more than needed to see what it is.

Made-to-order pieces
Fingerprint pieces are made for one person only, so they can't be returned. If something is wrong with yours, write to us and we will make it right.
